    I would not recommend them nor use them ever again. They were late each day that they were supposed to come by, picked up equipment when our floors were still wet and made no attempt to make sure there was additional damage.. this caused them to not even dry all the floors that had water damage. We called several times to them and our adjuster also attempted with no luck, they called us 2 days later to come and finish drying the floors that they failed to do.. at this point we had already pulled out the floors because they were saturated in water. They were sent out by our insurance company, not a company we chose. In the future we will chose our own vendors, unfortunately we learned the hard way.
